We are committed to low prices for high quality merchandise, and that policy includes keeping our shipping costs as low as possible. We provide free shipping for orders over US$100.00 (excluding distributors). Our ground shipping rates are as follows:

Return Policy

You may return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, by calling first for approval, and then clearly indicating the reason for your return on a copy of your invoice. Include it with your return and wrap the package securely. We strongly recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post to return the item. If you do not have your copy of the invoice, please indicate your name, address, order number and the reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. For faster service, please include your telephone number and/or Email address.

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please indicate if you would like to receive a replacement for the returned item or a credit being issued to your Credit Card.  Due to health regulations, we can not accept returns of opened or used merchandise in most cases.

Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our customers. Our on-line transactions are conducted on a secure server using the latest SSL technology to protect your credit card number. We process payments via the Authorize.net service for maximum security. After your order is processed, we only retain the last 4 digits of your card number in our system to protect your data.  Your CVV security code is never stored on our server at all.

We will never sell or share your personal information with any other person or company except as necessary to process your order.
